~~About The Character~~

Personality: As her nickname "Stony" would indicate, Athena often has a stone-cold, distant demeanor. She's usually quiet and reserved, only speaking when spoken to or when she feels the need to speak. Small talk and frivolousness aren't her forte. She prefers to have deep and interesting conversations. When it comes to the company Athena keeps, she applies the term "Quality over quantity". It's not easy to get close to her especially being as headstrong and emancipated as she is. Athena's ambition knows no bounds and once she has her mind set on something, not much can deter her from it.
 

Athena is very responsible and often has the "common sense" role amongst her peers, giving them advice and warning them of their actions. She doesn't express her emotions very often, especially around people that she doesn't know, giving her a reputation of being an ice queen. Whenever Athena does speak, she speaks candidly and bluntly which distances her from others, just how she prefers it.

If someone does manage to break down Athena's ice walls, they are rewarded with a loyal and caring friend and companion. She's like a second mother to her close friends, wanting to make sure they're ok and when they're not, she will do whatever she can to help them in both their professional and personal lives. Bio/Background: When Athena was 9, her twin sister Alice was kidnapped and the entire neighborhood tried to look for the missing girl but all they were able to find was a hair clip in the woods. It deeply affected her since she and Alice were very close and Athena even blamed herself for Alice's disappearance.

 

Seeing how hard losing Alice was for her parents too, Athena vowed to become a police officer so she could find Alice and reunite with her. As they got older, Athena and her lifelong friend Axel got closer and eventually they started dating when they were sophomores in high school, getting married after graduation.

 

Athena decided to enlist in the U.S. Marines much to the shock of Axel and her parents, becoming military police. During her time in the military, Athena was able to get a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice but her career as an officer was cut short because of a back injury and she moved to Domino City with Axel, joining the police department once they were settled and she recovered.

Wanting to further herself, Athena decided to go back to school to get her Master's but sadly it also came with a huge downer. Axel came out as gay and Athena had trouble coming to terms with it but eventually decided that it was best for them to divorce, promising to always remain friends and be there for him if he needed anything.

After obtaining her Master's Degree, Athena became a Sergeant in the police force and now currently she's focusing entirely on her career, wishing to make her mark on the world and hopefully make a difference.

Personality: Zuri is a woman with a complex personality. If you were to ask three different people about her, you would get three different answers. She only shows people what she wants them to see and loves to keep people on their toes. Just when you think you know her, Zuri will show an entirely new side of her that no one knows about.

This chameleon nature of hers allows her to blend in with any crowd and she has many friends from all walks of life. Zuri is also free of all kinds of preconceived notions and judgments which allows her to love unconditionally and view things from all angles unlike many others. However she is no fool and is quite perceptive to the point of reading people rather easily. Thankfully Zuri has enough tact to not voice her perceptions and is very good at keeping secrets.

One would assume that Zuri is very popular because of her complexity but she's far from that. She doesn't care about popularity and is perfectly fine with being a lone wolf, showing her more introverted and individualistic side. Zuri also prefers to march to the beat of her own drum and does what she wants when she wants which doesn't sit well with people who are more conservative and collectivist. 

Zuri secretly has low self-esteem and trust issues which is the reason for her chameleon complexity. She's afraid of being vulnerable and showing weakness in front of others so she prefers to not let people get close to her. She also dislikes conflict and was previously a meek person but as she got older, she became more confrontational and fiery, building up a tough shell to protect herself even further.

Bio/Background: Zuri's childhood was normal yet active and from the age of 5, she had an interest in dueling that didn't go unnoticed by her mother who was a former professional duelist now turned cop. Underneath her tutelage, Zuri became one of the best duelists in her hometown and at age 12, she met the man who would change her life forever: Jeremy Murtaugh who was a friend of her mother's.

He was 18 years her senior and she instantly gravitated towards him because he made her feel beautiful and worthy. Jeremy had become Zuri's mentor and her growing interest in dueling only made their relationship even stronger since he was a professional duelist. But rumors began to spread about their relationship once Zuri's dueling career began to take off.

When Zuri was 13, her younger brother Teshawn was abducted from a department store while she was out shopping with him and her friends. After extensive searching and numerous coverage, his body was found two weeks later. To make matters more stressful, Zuri's parents had decided to divorce due to her father coming out as gay. Zuri was devastated and completely shut down, only opening up to Jeremy and relying completely on him. He took advantage of this and she lost her virginity to him when she was 14 which made their relationship quite sexual and deviant. At this point, Jeremy had started to become manipulative and controlling.

Zuri began to come up with an escape plan behind Jeremy's back but there was one major obstacle in her way: she was pregnant. In response, Jeremy decided to marry her in secret. Due to Zuri being underage, Jeremy bribed a government employee to obtain a fake ID for her which was then used to obtain a marriage license that listed her as 18 instead of 15. At that point, Zuri's parents were getting worried about her change in demeanor and how she was changing physically. But she refused to speak and shut herself off from everyone who loved her at that point. The only person in her world was Jeremy as far as anyone was concerned.

But everything came to light one night when Jeremy discovered that Zuri was trying to escape his grasp. He violently raped and beat her but Zuri managed to escape after stabbing him with a knife and called her mother before passing out. When she woke up, she was in a hospital bed and her baby was gone. Due to the beating that Jeremy gave her, Zuri had miscarried which caused everything to come to light.

Zuri's parents were furious and got the marriage between her and Jeremy annulled but not before Carmelita placed him under arrest. Zuri was too terrified to speak up because of the publicity and the threats to her career but thanks to the encouragement of her fellow duelists and her family, she decided to do so in order to prevent Jeremy from doing what he did to other girls.

To make the case even more airtight against Jeremy, Zuri gave one of his laptops to her mother which contained numerous videos of them engaging in sexual acts together as well as with other underage girls. Zuri also gave the police an external hard drive which contained videos of Jeremy's abuse against her as well as a video diary in which she talked about their relationship in great detail and how it was destroying her relationship with her family.

In order to keep Zuri safe during the investigation, she was sent to Battle City to go into hiding but she still wasn't free from Jeremy. He kept intimidating and blackmailing her to keep her from speaking out and testifying but Zuri wouldn't budge thanks to her new environment allowing her to flourish and thrive. She kept records of all conversations between them to hurt him even further as well.

By the time the trial began, there was so much evidence against Jeremy alongside Zuri's emotional testimony that the jury was only out for 30 minutes before reaching a verdict: Guilty.

Jeremy was sentenced to 20 years in prison for his many crimes and his reputation and image were forever ruined. Much to Zuri's surprise, her reputation in the dueling world wasn't negatively affected by the ordeal and many of her fellow duelists (especially female duelists) supported her immensely. The amount of love and support Zuri received made starting her newfound life without Jeremy much easier and when she turned 18, she was discovered by a record label when one of her songs went viral and signed a recording contract which lead to her releasing music. Her first album, Goddess, was a huge success and was even nominated for a few Grammy Awards but sadly won none. 

Now Zuri is enjoying her music and dueling careers, seeming to be on top of the world but little does everyone know, she has her own demons that she struggles with and they sometimes rear their ugly head.

Background: Aaliyah was born in Japan to an African-American couple and seemingly had a perfect childhood. But her father Michael was a closeted gay man and he finally came out when Aaliyah was 13. Although her parents tried to keep things normal and wanted to make their marriage work, they eventually decided to get a divorce but it was amicable and they promised to always remain friends.

A year later, Aaliyah had a new stepfather by the name of Hiroki Bushida who was a captain for the fire department and she eagerly welcomed him with open arms, considering him a second father. Having a blended family gave Aaliyah the fire that she desperately needed to stand up to her bullies and becoming a better person as she attended high school.

 

Now Aaliyah is currently in medical school with the goal of becoming an OB/GYN.

At first glance, Jade doesn't seem like a powerful crime lord. She carries herself in a gregarious way, often smiling and engaging in conversations with those around her. Jade gives off an aura of professionalism and can seem rather intimidating but once she starts talking, it all flies out the window. She oozes charisma and her charismatic energy makes her a highly loved figure in the community. 

But underneath her shell lies a very sinister woman with a sadistic and merciless streak. Jade is a secretive, scandalous, roguish, and crafty jezebel with a very mischievous, flippant, saucy, presumptuous, and extremely nervy attitude. Often she subjugates others through her many forms of manipulation, extortion, low blows, and dirt she's able to obtain on people. This is what makes Jade so dangerous to cross or anger.

Jade has a chameleon, street-smart nature that enables her to blend in with any crowd and she's excellent at reading and profiling people. Past: Jade was the product of an affair between a woman named Crystal and a married man. Crystal was forced to raise Jade by herself since the man wanted nothing to do with her and since she was a college student studying to become an OB/GYN, times were very difficult for them. There were times when Crystal wouldn't even eat because there was only enough food for Jade. 

But Crystal's life changed when she met Dante Cacace who was a businessman and crime lord. She rejected his advances but eventually Dante's charm worked on her and she went out on a date with him. This led to a whirlwind romance between them and within two years, they were married. Jade went from poor to rich overnight and she took on Dante's last name as well since she considered him her true father.

When Jade was 10, Crystal gave birth to twins Benjamin and Beth which made Jade a big sister. At this point, Crystal was starting her residency although she didn't need to have a career thanks to Dante's wealth. But everything took a dark turn when Jade was 12.

While the Cacace family was sleeping, a rival gang broke into the mansion where they lived and Jade was the first to wake up. But before she could do anything, a gang member broke into her room and attempted to rape her. Jade's screams alerted the rest of the Cacace family and Dante was furious. A large gunfight ensued and the Cacace family wound up winning but not without minor and major injuries. 

Jade was traumatized by the whole experience but instead of wallowing in her despair, she chose to get stronger and wanted to join the crime business, following in Dante's footsteps. Dante didn't want Jade to get involved because of what had happened but as Jade became a teenager and started acting wild, he knew that she had what it took to join the family business and started to become her mentor.

When Jade graduated from high school, she joined Dante's gang but she also went off to college per his request because he wanted her to be educated and still be normal. Jade majored in Business and while she was at a party during her freshman year, she had a one-night stand with a guy named Jesse Maxwell that turned into a close romance after he continued to pursue her. Jade and Jesse moved in together after they graduated from college and Jesse pursued his dream of becoming a chef while Jade began the process of taking over Dante's empire due to his retirement.

Jade eventually had a son named Quincy and on her 25th birthday, Jesse proposed to her. A year later, Jade gave birth to a daughter that she named Chloe. But tragedy struck before Jade and Jesse could marry.

During Chloe's 2nd birthday party, one of Jade's enemies named Warlock decided to commit a drive-by shooting and sadly Jesse, Quincy, and Chloe were killed. Jade exploded in rage and grief and after six months of planning, she enacted her revenge by completely decimating Warlock's gang and executing him publicly in front of his wife to make an example out of him.

Jade's reputation quickly changed after that event and she finally got the respect she deserved from the people who thought that she was just a spoiled brat who didn't have what it took to make it as a crime lord. Now Jade is more powerful than ever but still feels like something is missing in her life and is still grieving the loss of her family.

Past: Althea was a military brat and had an upbringing that was rather typical of one. Traveling and moving around a lot was very common for Althea but she took it all in stride because of her love for learning and adventure which she shared with her father, being a daddy's girl to the fullest.

Sadly when Althea was 12, she and her twin brother Albert were walking home from the library on base when they were jumped by a group of thugs who were trying to rob them. This led to Albert getting stabbed while Althea ran to get help. Thankfully she didn't have to run very far as she had literally ran into a military police officer that was good friends with her mother.

This led to the thugs being arrested and Albert being rushed to the hospital where he later died. Althea testified at the trial despite being traumatized and the thugs were given a 20 year sentence as part of a plea deal so they wouldn't get life in prison.

Althea dealt with her grief and sorrow by isolating herself from her family and throwing herself into her education and athletics as a distraction. On her 17th birthday, Althea surprised everyone by joining the U.S. Army and becoming a combat medic. Her father was especially worried about her but she ignored everyone's worries and proved herself to be a wonderful soldier, rising up the ranks rather quickly and becoming highly decorated to the point of earning a Silver Star.

After Althea's first deployment, she went to a lounge with some of her fellow soldiers and met a man named Sylvester Smith who was 10 years her senior and was beginning his residency as an OB/GYN fresh out of medical school. Althea and Sylvester drank and talked the whole night away and she found herself enamored with his intelligence and understanding of the world at large.

Despite the age difference, Althea pursued Sylvester passionately and it was returned in kind. After 2 years of dating, Althea and Sylvester got married and they had a honeymoon baby which was a boy that Althea named after her late brother. But adjusting to parenthood was difficult for them because of their jobs but thanks to family and friends, the couple managed to make things work and over the years, Althea gave birth to two daughters named Carmelita and Aurora before leaving the military. But those births came with huge problems.

With Carmelita, Althea suffered from post-partum depression which she eventually recovered from but Aurora's birth made Althea's mental state far worse. She started showing signs of post-partum psychosis and PTSD, even using dilaudid to cope. Her erratic and sometimes violent behavior caused Sylvester to take the kids and flee to Atlanta, Georgia once Althea was hospitalized  and he also filed for divorce.

 

Not wanting to lose her kids, Althea devoted herself to getting better and once she was released from the hospital, she joined her ex-husband and kids in Atlanta and decided to join the Atlanta Fire Department which she was able to do with relative ease thanks to her military background.

Now Althea is a firefighter saving lives but little does she know, her life is the one that needs saving the most.

At first glance, Zuri seems like an introverted, classy ice queen. She is quiet, troubled, brooding, grim, moody, seemingly emotionless, intelligent, studious, and sarcastic. Zuri can always come up with a snarky and sarcastic remark and her wittiness knows no bounds. She is quite mature, often giving advice to others about various subjects and generally staying cool and calm no matter how desperate the situation is. Around strangers, Zuri is often emotionally restrained, appearing secretive and distant as well as spending most of her time by herself. ~~Life Story~~

Zuri was born to Crystal Wallace and Beau Willie Brown in Harlem, New York. Her parents were fresh out of high school and Beau enlisted into the U.S. Army while Crystal took up a job as an assistant to a large CEO. Crystal adjusted perfectly to her job while Beau was having a difficult time adapting to military life and his mental state began to deteriorate slowly but surely.

When Zuri was 5, her younger siblings Kenya and Kwame were born which resulted in Beau leaving the military when his contract was up. He tried to find a job but it was proving difficult due to his PTSD and alcoholism. To make matters worse, Beau had started to become abusive towards Crystal and it wasn't uncommon for Zuri to go to school with bruises on her body. Although CPS was often called on the Wallace family, nothing came of it due to Beau's aggression and temper scaring them away.

Zuri lived in constant fear and anxiety for many years until the unthinkable happened. When she was 12, Beau had dropped Kenya and Kwame out of the window of their apartment building. Since they were on the 5th floor, they died instantly. Zuri and Crystal had tried to save them but they were badly beaten in the process. Beau was arrested and charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated assault with his sentence being life in prison without parole.

Sadly this did nothing to quell the grief and pain in Crystal's heart and six months later, she committed suicide by overdosing on pills. Zuri had come home from school and found her body. Her crying and screaming had alerted the neighbors who called the paramedics and Zuri was taken into foster care.

The police had contacted her aunt Vianne who had married a Korean man and moved to South Korea shortly after Zuri was born but lost contact with Crystal due to Beau's abusive ways. Vianne and her husband Minsoo instantly came to America and took Zuri into their custody, whisking her away to South Korea.

For the first time in her life, Zuri was able to experience the true love and affection of family although it was difficult for her to open up to everyone because of all the trauma that she had went through. Adjusting to life in South Korea was difficult for Zuri especially due to her being a foreigner but she managed to adapt thanks to making various friends who stuck with her throughout her life.

Zuri quickly showed an aptitude for cars and home repairs but she had a hard time dating because of men feeling insecure about said talents. It didn't help matters that Zuri was also severely bullied and stalked for her heritage and because she didn't fit in amongst her peers. Thankfully her uncle was able to put a stop to it all thanks to his high position in society as a judge but the entire ordeal still left Zuri with mental scars that she still carries today.

After graduating from high school, Zuri went off to college and majored in Mechanical Engineering with the goal of becoming a mechanic and starting her own business one day. After graduation, Zuri took on a paid apprenticeship underneath the tutelage of a man named Dalton Rhodes who was also a foreigner and owned an auto shop of his own called Dalton's Repairs.

Despite Zuri's skepticism, she wound up falling in love with Dalton and he eagerly returned her feelings despite being 12 years her senior. Their romance was a passionate whirlwind and within a year, they had moved in together once Zuri became a full-fledged mechanic. She loved Dalton so much that she was even willing to forego her original dream of owning her own auto shop so she could continue working alongside him.

Zuri easily became the most talented mechanic at Dalton's Repairs and despite people giving her shit for being a black woman and being Dalton's girlfriend, she didn't let it get to her and continued to prove them wrong, eventually becoming highly respected amongst her peers and customers.

Zuri's relationship with Dalton only grew stronger and after 3 years together, he finally proposed to her which she eagerly accepted. To make things even better, Zuri discovered that she was pregnant. But sadly the couple wouldn't make it down the aisle. Six months later, there was a pile-up caused by a drunk driver and Zuri and Dalton were right in the thick of it. Dalton died on impact and Zuri managed to survive but unfortunately her unborn child didn't.

Dalton's will was read and he had left everything he owned to Zuri much to everyone's shock. Not wanting to fall into a deep depression, Zuri drowned herself in work and managing everything Dalton had left her, especially his auto shop. Zuri decided to rename it Z's Repairs and it became even more popular under her management, especially with foreigners. 

Now Zuri has accomplished her dream and is very successful but still feels like something is missing in her life.

In terms of being a superhero, Erin is well-loved and valued amongst them because of her intelligence and kindness although her powers can be rather annoying for them at times.

Relationships:

James "Logan" Howlett/Wolverine: Erin and Logan met when she first joined the X-Men and moved into the X-Mansion.

Erin and Logan got off to a rather cold start but it didn't take long for her to warm up to him especially when he met her children. Erin trusts Logan completely and on the rare occasion that she opens up, he's usually the first one that she opens up to. Erin is also unintimidated by Logan and doesn't fear him at all which allows her to put him in his place if needed and stand up to him as well.

Erin likes Logan but hasn't approached him because she doesn't want to be rejected nor does she want things between them to be awkward.

Ororo Munroe/Storm: Erin and Ororo met after Erin joined the X-Men.

Erin and Ororo instantly gravitated towards each other because of their serene natures and despite their differences, Erin has come to view Ororo as a comrade and sister. The two women are often seen together and Erin is very protective of Ororo as well. She really likes Ororo's powers and isn't afraid to crack a joke or two at her expense either. Erin usually places Ororo in charge of her children if she ever has to leave the X-Mansion for any reason which shows how much she trusts her.

Erin's admiration for Ororo has turned to infatuation over the years but she's afraid to express it because she thinks that she's too corrupt and dark for Ororo.

Carol Danvers: Erin met Carol during her time in the military at a military ball.

Due to them both being military women, it's not hard to understand why Erin thinks of Carol so highly. She always makes sure to keep in contact with Carol despite them going their separate ways after leaving the military. Carol is the only person who knows about Erin's various traumas and issues plaguing her life and whenever they rear their ugly heads, Erin usually turns to Carol for emotional support and advice. Erin's kids also love Carol, often calling her "Aunt Carol" which makes Erin quite happy.

Erin idolizes Carol and wishes that she could be more like her. Erin wants something more with Carol but worries that she isn't good enough for her and can't measure up to her.

Tony Stark: Erin met Tony at a luxurious party which resulted in them having a one-night stand.

The fact that Erin still kept in contact with Tony after their one-night stand is a huge indicator for how valuable he is to her. She highly respects his work and isn't afraid to praise him in regards to it. However that doesn't mean that Erin tolerates Tony's shortcomings and can be rather hard on him but she does it all out of love and because she simply wants to place him on the best path forward. Erin's dry wit often comes out in Tony's presence and it isn't uncommon to see them flirting with each other either, their one-night stand being common knowledge amongst their fellow heroes.

Erin doesn't regret her one-night stand with Tony and has grown to care about him over the years. She wants to have a deeper relationship with Tony but isn't sure of how to approach the situation and confess her feelings.

Norman Osborn: Erin met Norman while she was on a tour at Oscorp with her father and her commanding officer.

Erin really likes Norman's work and finds his research fascinating despite having a different career path than him. She finds his presence relaxing but at the same time she always feels like she's walking on eggshells around him which makes her reluctant to be around him sometimes. But Erin feels drawn to Norman and can't stay away from him despite her instincts telling her to do so. It all feels forbidden to her which is something Erin has never felt before. This is ironic considering that Erin is a superhero and Norman is a villain.

Erin doesn't know about Norman being the Green Goblin which makes things between them more complicated. She's very attracted to him but feels that she can't express it publicly because of their differences which results in her seeing him in private instead.

• Erin's enthrallment cannot work on a person with an iron will, psychic powers (Jean Grey for example), or holy powers.
• Holy magic is Erin's biggest weakness as it renders her powers and magic completely useless.
• Erin's super strength and super speed vary depending on how much energy she has and she's still weaker than her fellow superheroes with the same abilities when she's at max capacity.
• Erin has a limit on how the amount of energy she can absorb. If she absorbs too much energy, she will behave as if she were intoxicated or high which can be dangerous for the people around her especially when she's recovering from it. During that time, Erin can become cranky, crabby, and all around feral.
• If Erin doesn't have enough energy, she will either become quite weak and suffer from various ailments such as nausea, headaches, tremors, and dizziness.

Alternate Form(s): Erin has a demon form that she only uses for major fights. In this form, she has intricate markings on most of her body that double as armor, she has fangs and claws as well as horns on her head, and the biggest change is that she grows wings which enables her to fly.

Familial Background: Erin is the youngest of 8 children and was born into a military family to the point of being military royalty thanks to her parents being high-ranking officers and having stellar reputations. Although expectations were high for Erin growing up, she was still treated with much love, affection, and support throughout her life and the Echizens were a very close-knit family and still remain that way today.

Character Background: From a young age, Erin knew she was destined to join the military just like some of her older siblings had done. Being the daughter of a General and an Admiral made life quite easy for Erin but despite this, she didn't let it go to her head and her family kept her grounded. But that didn't stop her from being disliked by some of her fellow peers and she had to prove herself worthy of being a soldier.

Upon enlisting in the Army at age 17, Erin became a Combat Medic and enlisted in college with the goal of becoming a doctor, graduating with a Bachelor's in Pre-Med. This lead to her being promoted to 2nd Lieutenant and going to the Uniformed Services University to become a Field Surgeon. During her time there however, Erin dealt with sexual harassment from Lieutenant Colonel Jack Travis and when she refused his advances, he devised a plan to rape her which he eventually did alongside two other officers while another officer (who was gay) held her down.

The experience broke Erin and transformed her into the person she is today. She immediately reported the gang rape but the investigation was hell for her and she was even arrested for adultery due to one of the officers being married. Although Erin didn't want to get her parents involved because she didn't want to disappoint them, they were eventually contacted and they were not happy.

Erin was eventually released and the trial ensued with Erin giving a tearful testimony and having prior evidence of her previous sexual harassment from Travis just made the case even more air-tight despite the defense's attempts to humiliate Erin and catch her in a lie. Travis and the other officers were convicted of raping Erin and they were sentenced 25 to life.

The charges against Erin were dropped but it didn't come without its own struggles. The military attempted to give Erin an honorable discharge but her parents put an immediate end to that. Erin was able to continue her schooling and career but she had to deal with being an outcast which just made her heart even more cold and frigid but it slowly started to melt when she met Emmet Washington, an FBI agent who eventually became her boyfriend.

Erin's life changed forever when she was shot trying to save one of her fellow comrades and needed a blood transfusion. The blood was the blood of a succubus and it caused Erin to become half succubus in the process. It was rather difficult for her because she had to deal with a very heightened libido and all new powers that she didn't know how to deal with.

That's when Emmet dropped a bombshell on Erin. He was an incubus and offered to train Erin, teaching her how to be a succubus. This lead to their relationship just becoming stronger and far more physical which eventually led to them having 4 children and Emmet proposing to her.

But tragedy struck when Emmet was killed in the line of duty during a shootout. Erin was very distraught and decided to leave the military with her kids in tow. She became a doctor in the civilian world and decided to become a superhero as well, wanting to keep Emmet's passion for justice alive and creating a newfound family with many other superheroes.
