Zuri was born into a life of privilege being the firstborn of four children to a Puerto Rican father and African-American mother. Despite both of her parents coming from rough, impoverished backgrounds, they worked their asses off to rise to the very top of society and become Ivy League educated and refined.

Although Zuri had a great home life and the upbringing most children would die for, she didn't fare very well outside of it. At school, she was bullied severely which caused her to develop low self-esteem and depression. Zuri would often completely shut down in school and in public and at the age of 13, she couldn't take it anymore and attempted suicide. This led to her getting counseling, being put on medication, and her transformation began with the help of her family and friends that she had made.

As Zuri got older, her talents became more and more noticeable and her self-confidence slowly began to grow thanks to her growing circle of friends. But she still has issues in the dating scene because of how she carries herself and her morals/values.


~~Personality~~

At first glance, Zuri seems like an introverted, classy ice queen. She is quiet, troubled, brooding, grim, moody, seemingly emotionless, intelligent, studious, and sarcastic. Zuri can always come up with a snarky and sarcastic remark and her wittiness knows no bounds. She is quite mature, often giving advice to others about various subjects and generally staying cool and calm no matter how desperate the situation is. Around strangers, Zuri is often emotionally restrained, appearing secretive and distant as well as spending most of her time by herself. It is difficult for her to build trust in anyone and even more difficult to truly forgive if that trust were to be broken. Past: Veronica's childhood was fun, eventful, and full of life and energy. From the time she was a toddler, she was an energetic tomboy as opposed to her twin sister Valeria who was a proper girly girl. Because of this, Veronica had a much closer relationship with her father and was indeed a daddy's girl. Her biggest dream was becoming a Texas State Trooper just like him.

When Veronica was 12, she got sick at school and her father checked her out as a result. While they were on their way home, Roberto saw a robbery in progress and tried to stop it but was shot in the process with Veronica and the victim (who was a local friend of hers named Richard) being the only witnesses. On the surface, Jean is soft-spoken and polite as well as warm and compassionate. Motivation and cheerfulness are also a part of her daily routine. Past: Jean was abandoned in front of a hospital by an unknown Vietnamese woman after she was born and she was found by Ren Osaki, a prominent judge in Japan. Not wanting her to end up in the system, Ren decided to take her in and named her Jean. He and his wife Sakura had been trying for a third child but to no avail so this was the golden opportunity for them to finally have the family that they always wanted.

The fact that Jean was Vietnamese wasn't an issue for the Osaki family and she was spoiled and given only the best money could buy which wasn't an issue since Sakura came from a very rich and prominent family in addition to the careers that she and Ren had. Jean also got along quite well with the biological children Akira and Aiko who were twins and quite protective of her since she was often bullied at school for being Vietnamese.

But there was a much darker side to Jean's new life. Sakura's older brother Riku had especially taken a liking to her and quickly took it upon himself to become her mentor which was simply a front that he had used for grooming her and gaining her trust. When Jean was 12, things came to a head between her and Riku. She was at his home for the weekend and he tortured and raped her before threatening to kill her if she ever spoke a word about it to anyone.

Jean kept it all a secret and just wanted to forget about it but it came back to haunt her when she had fainted at school. The scars that Riku left on her back had become badly infected and to top it all off, she was pregnant. Sakura and Ren were enraged and demanded to know what had happened which caused Jean to have a complete nervous breakdown and end up hospitalized in the process. When the father of her baby was revealed, Sakura and Ren went on a complete warpath and were merciless in making sure that Riku faced justice. In the end, Riku wound up being brutally beaten to death thanks to Ren having some connections to the Yakuza.

As for Jean's pregnancy, she was forced to carry the pregnancy to full term since she was too far along to get an abortion. Those months were easily the most tumultuous and harrowing of Jean's life and her mental state was getting even worse, resulting in self-mutilation and two suicide attempts before she was finally forced to get the psychiatric help that she desperately needed for her PTSD and clinical depression.

A month after she turned 13, Jean gave birth to a boy that she named Hiroki. Sakura and Ren decided to raise him as their own child instead of giving him up for adoption which Jean wasn't very happy with and she acted quite cold and distant towards Hiroki as a result. Whenever she lashed out or was angry, it wasn't uncommon for her to take it all out on Hiroki. Naturally this angered Sakura and Ren and after a heart-to-heart talk with Jean, she began to treat Hiroki much better and turned to her childhood hobby of video games to escape from her pain as well as diving into other things such as martial arts and cooking.

As Jean went into high school, she finally started to blossom and with her newfound outlook on life along with her subsequent popularity came admirers. Although Jean had dated quite a few boys, only one was able to keep her attention. A foreign exchange student by the name of Walter Thompson. He was African-American and was in Japan because he was sent to live with his father who was in the Army and moved to Japan after retiring.

Jean and Walter's relationship was on-and-off as well as torrid but quite passionate. Even though they would often date other people and fight constantly, they would end up back in each other's arms and the cycle would repeat itself. This continued all while Jean and Walter were in high school and even after they graduated. Jean's beautiful and foreign looks caused her to be scouted by a huge modeling agency and she decided not to go to college much to the ire of her parents.

Wanting something more to do in her spare time, Jean decided to start a YouTube channel where her online alias Secrecy was born. If Jean wasn't modeling, she was attending gaming tournaments and winning prize money. But her personal life wasn't going as splendidly unfortunately. Jean had discovered that she was pregnant with twins and Walter was the father. But the issue was that he was engaged to be married to someone else and wasn't willing to sacrifice that for Jean and the babies. This led to them breaking things off for good but she wasn't satisfied. When Walter's wedding took place, Jean stormed into the church and brought everything to light, humiliating him in front of his family and friends and causing his bride to abandon him at the altar.

Satisfied with her revenge, Jean decided to raise her twins on her own since she knew that Walter wouldn't be in their lives as a result. She eventually gave birth to twin boys whom she named Daichi and Daisuke. Jean's zest for life was bigger than ever before and with it came a boom in her gaming career which caused her to receive international attention thanks to her new adventure in live-streaming.

Their Story:

Jean and Veronica met at a large fighting game tournament in Texas where they played against each other in the semifinals. The round quickly became infamous in the FGC due to how skilled both ladies were and how intense the match was overall. But Veronica eventually won which caused a huge uproar at the tournament but Jean took the loss in stride and was present when Veronica eventually won the tournament and took home the prize money. The Vietnamese woman took an interest in Veronica and approached her afterwards to congratulate her on her victory which was accepted with open arms.

Personality: At first glance, Carmelita seems like a typical loud-mouth, tough tomboy. She's passionate, volatile, and exciting. It's all or nothing with Carmelita. Most of her traits are hidden behind a shell of aloofness, mood swings, and indifference. A shell that's rather difficult to break. Carmelita is all about self-preservation because she doesn't wish to be hurt nor vulnerable. In actuality, she's quite sensitive, emotional, and caring. Carmelita is extremely loyal towards the people she cares about. Once she's committed to someone, she will remain theirs forever and ever even when they shouldn't. It takes a lot for Carmelita to truly give up on someone and leave their side.

Origin Of Powers: Carmelita got her powers when she was turned into a succubus.

Strengths: As long as Carmelita has enough energy, she can fight relentlessly without tiring. Her enthrallment is so powerful that she can enthrall an entire army if she wished. Since Carmelita uses energy to maintain her health, she's incapable of getting human illnesses, giving her a very long lifespan.

Piccolo: Carmelita has known Piccolo back when he was a villain during Dragon Ball. 

Carmelita has a rather close relationship with Piccolo and she usually turns to him for sparring/training needs. Since she has known him for so long, she trusts Piccolo like she trusts no other Z-Fighter and he's the only one of three Z-Fighters (the others being Bulma and Krillin) who knows the full extent of her past. This alone shows just how much Carmelita likes Piccolo and how much she values him as a person.

Carmelita enjoys teaching Piccolo about human nature and such in return for him being her primary sparring partner. It's not uncommon for Carmelita to spend hours upon hours at the Lookout just talking to Piccolo and simply enjoying his company.

Carmelita has deep feelings for Piccolo but doesn't know how to properly express them towards him and is afraid of the possibility of him not returning her feelings. As a result, Carmelita keeps her feelings for Piccolo hidden but will drop some subtle hints here and there to see how he responds.


Tapion: Carmelita met Tapion when he began to become friends with Trunks during his time on Earth.

Carmelita began to bond with Tapion due to having a crush on him and it wasn't long before she introduced her daughter which made her like him even more due to him getting along so well with her. But their bond was cut short with Hirudegarn's defeat and Tapion's subsequent departure which saddened Carmelita.

Carmelita misses Tapion and wishes to see him again but accepts the fact that it's probably an impossibility and is stuck with loving him from afar.


Android 17: Carmelita met Android 17 during the Android Saga when he was a villain.

Carmelita has a deep bond with 17 due to their similar delinquent pasts and sharing rebellious tendencies. Although Carmelita is much more mature than 17 and more down-to-earth, this does little to affect their relationship and only strengthens it since she balances him out. Carmelita always goes to 17 whenever she needs to let off some steam and have a damn good time.

Carmelita has deep feelings for 17 and isn't afraid to flirt with him and tease him which will often lead to funny and witty banter between them that's always entertaining for those around them. They have a chemistry that's quite rare and it's easy for most people to see how compatible they are with each other. But whether or not they'll take the next step in their relationship depends on who makes the first move.


Tien: Carmelita met Tien during the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament and became friends with him once he redeemed himself.

Although they had difficulty getting along at first because of how stern and serious Tien is, they began to become closer once Carmelita was pregnant with her daughter and he comforted her while she was grieving over the death of her girlfriend which she felt very guilty for as well as giving her pragmatic advice. This resulted in Carmelita having a newfound respect for Tien like never before and she began to slowly fall for him in the process despite her not seeing him since Cell's defeat.

Carmelita cares for Tien and loves being around him but their relationship is mostly long-distance because of Tien's constant traveling and training. But this doesn't deter her from pursuing him when it comes to her feelings and she likes toying and flirting with him to see his reactions.


Supreme Kai/Shin: Carmelita met Shin during the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament.

Carmelita felt an instant attraction to Shin and approached him almost immediately after his match with Piccolo which lead to the two of them having a deep conversation for hours and it was like they had known each other their entire lives instead of having just met each other. But Carmelita didn't have much of a chance to get closer to Shin due to the entire catastrophe with Majin Buu and the subsequent destruction and revival of Earth.

Carmelita wishes to get to know Shin better but is unsure whether or not the connection she feels with him is just something she feels in the moment or if it's meant to be. But that doesn't stop her from teasing and flirting with Shin every now and then to test the extent of their feelings towards each other.


~~The Character's Background~~

Past: Carmelita's parents were hard workers and wanted nothing but the best for their two daughters. They led a decent, middle-class life and the Kirkpatrick sisters had a normal, happy childhood until tragedy struck and changed their lives forever.

When Carmelita was 8, her parents were murdered during a carjacking. She and her older sister Yvette were handed over to their aunt Shavon who suffered from bipolar disorder and was very volatile towards them because it was untreated. When Yvette turned 21, Shavon kicked her and 19 year old Carmelita out, causing the two to move in with Yvette's boyfriend Floyd.

At first, things were finally going well for once in Carmelita's life but six months later, Floyd began to make sexual advances towards her which soon escalated to rape. The incidents continued to happen for a year and a half until Yvette walked in on them. Taking Floyd's side over Carmelita's, Yvette kicked her out. To make matters worse, Shavon sided with Yvette as well, meaning Carmelita had no place to stay and was homeless.
 
The distraught girl found herself on the doorstep of Capsule Corporation and was taken in by Bulma and her family since Carmelita's late father was an employee of the company and she had known Bulma since childhood which made them very good friends. This lead to Carmelita meeting the other Z-Fighters and getting roped into their other adventures which she didn't mind since it made life very exciting for her.

But one year later, everything changed. While at a party that Capsule Corporation was holding, Carmelita met William Black who was a businessman that had a good relationship with Bulma's father. She instantly gravitated towards him and it wasn't long before they started dating. Six months later, Carmelita moved in with Black despite Bulma's warnings. He became her sugar daddy and she soon found herself working in his strip club as well as hanging out around the wrong crowd. Black didn't like Carmelita stripping and suggested that she go to college instead which she followed since she always wanted to be a judge. But Carmelita still continued to party and go out with friends whenever possible to blow off some steam.

Things between them went well for a year before Black began to abuse Carmelita physically and became controlling over her. To make matters even more insane, Black revealed himself to be an incubus and turned Carmelita into a succubus so their connection could be even stronger. It only increased after Carmelita became romantically involved with another woman named Veronica Hawkins who worked for Capsule Corporation. Carmelita eventually managed to escape Black and ran away to one of his security guards with whom Veronica was staying with off and on.

But Black tracked her down which led to a shootout between him and Veronica, the result being their deaths. Carmelita later discovered she was pregnant and decided to continue her schooling as well as stopping her partying, giving birth to a baby girl that she named after Veronica. Now Carmelita's main focus is raising Veronica while balancing her career and trying to accomplish her dream.
