At first glance, Jade doesn't seem like a powerful crime lord. She carries herself in a gregarious way, often smiling and engaging in conversations with those around her. Jade gives off an aura of professionalism and can seem rather intimidating but once she starts talking, it all flies out the window. She oozes charisma and her charismatic energy makes her a highly loved figure in the community.
But underneath her shell lies a very sinister woman with a sadistic and merciless streak. Jade is a secretive, scandalous, roguish, and crafty jezebel with a very
mischievous, flippant, saucy, presumptuous, and extremely nervy
attitude. Often she subjugates others through her
many forms of manipulation, extortion, low blows, and dirt she's able to
obtain on people. This is what makes Jade so dangerous to cross or anger.
Jade has a chameleon, street-smart nature that enables her to blend in
with any crowd and she's excellent at reading and profiling people.
This combined with her free-spirited and bold demeanor makes her
invaluable when it comes to infiltration and gathering intel. Jade

Past: Jade was the product of an affair between a woman named Crystal and a married man. Crystal was forced to raise Jade by herself since the man wanted nothing to do with her and since she was a college student studying to become an OB/GYN, times were very difficult for them. There were times when Crystal wouldn't even eat because there was only enough food for Jade.
But Crystal's life changed when she met Dante Cacace who was a businessman and crime lord. She rejected his advances but eventually Dante's charm worked on her and she went out on a date with him. This led to a whirlwind romance between them and within two years, they were married. Jade went from poor to rich overnight and she took on Dante's last name as well since she considered him her true father.
When Jade was 10, Crystal gave birth to twins Benjamin and Beth which made Jade a big sister. At this point, Crystal was starting her residency although she didn't need to have a career thanks to Dante's wealth. But everything took a dark turn when Jade was 12.
While the Cacace family was sleeping, a rival gang broke into the mansion where they lived and Jade was the first to wake up. But before she could do anything, a gang member broke into her room and attempted to rape her. Jade's screams alerted the rest of the Cacace family and Dante was furious. A large gunfight ensued and the Cacace family wound up winning but not without minor and major injuries.
Jade was traumatized by the whole experience but instead of wallowing in her despair, she chose to get stronger and wanted to join the crime business, following in Dante's footsteps. Dante didn't want Jade to get involved because of what had happened but as Jade became a teenager and started acting wild, he knew that she had what it took to join the family business and started to become her mentor.
When Jade graduated from high school, she joined Dante's gang but she also went off to college per his request because he wanted her to be educated and still be normal. Jade majored in Business and while she was at a party during her freshman year, she had a one-night stand with a guy named Jesse Maxwell that turned into a close romance after he continued to pursue her. Jade and Jesse moved in together after they graduated from college and Jesse pursued his dream of becoming a chef while Jade began the process of taking over Dante's empire due to his retirement.
Jade eventually had a son named Quincy and on her 25th birthday, Jesse proposed to her. A year later, Jade gave birth to a daughter that she named Chloe. But tragedy struck before Jade and Jesse could marry.
During Chloe's 2nd birthday party, one of Jade's enemies named Warlock decided to commit a drive-by shooting and sadly Jesse, Quincy, and Chloe were killed. Jade exploded in rage and grief and after six months of planning, she enacted her revenge by completely decimating Warlock's gang and executing him publicly in front of his wife to make an example out of him.
Jade's reputation quickly changed after that event and she finally got the respect she deserved from the people who thought that she was just a spoiled brat who didn't have what it took to make it as a crime lord. Now Jade is more powerful than ever but still feels like something is missing in her life and is still grieving the loss of her family.

doesn't have many friends. Her smarts and unconventional, free-thinking

odd behind her beauty.

Past: Althea was a military brat and had an upbringing that was rather typical of one. Traveling and moving around a lot was very common for Althea but she took it all in stride because of her love for learning and adventure which she shared with her father, being a daddy's girl to the fullest.
Sadly when Althea was 12, she and her twin brother Albert were walking home from the library on base when they were jumped by a group of thugs who were trying to rob them. This led to Albert getting stabbed while Althea ran to get help. Thankfully she didn't have to run very far as she had literally ran into a military police officer that was good friends with her mother.
This led to the thugs being arrested and Albert being rushed to the hospital where he later died. Althea testified at the trial despite being traumatized and the thugs were given a 20 year sentence as part of a plea deal so they wouldn't get life in prison.
Althea dealt with her grief and sorrow by isolating herself from her family and throwing herself into her education and athletics as a distraction. On her 17th birthday, Althea surprised everyone by joining the U.S. Army and becoming a combat medic. Her father was especially worried about her but she ignored everyone's worries and proved herself to be a wonderful soldier, rising up the ranks rather quickly and becoming highly decorated to the point of earning a Silver Star.
After Althea's first deployment, she went to a lounge with some of her fellow soldiers and met a man named Sylvester Smith who was 10 years her senior and was beginning his residency as an OB/GYN fresh out of medical school. Althea and Sylvester drank and talked the whole night away and she found herself enamored with his intelligence and understanding of the world at large.
Despite the age difference, Althea pursued Sylvester passionately and it was returned in kind. After 2 years of dating, Althea and Sylvester got married and they had a honeymoon baby which was a boy that Althea named after her late brother. But adjusting to parenthood was difficult for them because of their jobs but thanks to family and friends, the couple managed to make things work and over the years, Althea gave birth to two daughters named Carmelita and Aurora before leaving the military. But those births came with huge problems.
With Carmelita, Althea suffered from post-partum depression which she eventually recovered from but Aurora's birth made Althea's mental state far worse. She started showing signs of post-partum psychosis and PTSD, even using dilaudid to cope. Her erratic and sometimes violent behavior caused Sylvester to take the kids and flee to Atlanta, Georgia once Althea was hospitalized and he also filed for divorce.
Not wanting to lose her kids, Althea devoted herself to getting better and once she was released from the hospital, she joined her ex-husband and kids in Atlanta and decided to join the Atlanta Fire Department which she was able to do with relative ease thanks to her military background.
Now Althea is a firefighter saving lives but little does she know, her life is the one that needs saving the most.
