Past: Esmeralda's parents were teenagers when she was born, her mother being 15 and her father being 17. Past: Oliver was born in a rich and pampered household. Born in the UK during his parents' honeymoon alongside his twin brother Olivier, he grew up in Los Angeles and had a happy childhood as a result of his parents being rich. During this time, Oliver also met a girl named Esmeralda Jones who was new to Los Angeles and became fast friends with her. But tragedy struck for him when he was 13. One of his female teachers molested and raped Oliver and his twin brother Olivier. When the latter went to the authorities, he was murdered by the woman. Oliver was very traumatized by the incident and even attempted suicide by hanging himself.
This resulted in his parents taking him to a therapist named Dante Elliot who became a mentor in his life and introduced him to many things such as martial arts and sports. When Oliver graduated high school at age 17, he decided to strike out on his own, not wanting to depend on his parents for everything. Oliver currently lives in his own place and works at a bar and grill called Second Chance, using his many talents to his advantage.
