Past: Naomi was orphaned due to the drug wars in Mexico when she was just a baby. She was found by a little girl named Trish and they stayed hidden from the constant battling, not sure how they would survive. A young woman named Bellemere who was a Marine stationed in Mexico found them and took them to a nearby hospital, not wanting to leave them to die. It wasn't long before Bellemere became attached to the girls and decided to adopt them despite her fellow Marines and friends trying to talk her out of it.
Bellemere was honorably discharged from the Marines and decided to settle down in New York, taking Naomi and Trish with her. Making a living became tough and things were getting bad to the point where Bellemere had to starve herself just to make sure Naomi and Trish ate.
When Naomi was 12, she decided to join the Purple Dragons to give her family a better life. Her main expertise was street racing but she also became an escort and pimp at age 15, making more money than she ever dreamed of. Naomi also wound up in a relationship with a high-ranking member of the Purple Dragons named Quincy Maxwell through which her son Quincy Jr was born. However the relationship turned abusive within six months and eventually Naomi dumped Quincy after he brutally beat her to within an inch of her life and took Quincy Jr with him, supposedly throwing him over a bridge.
She was found by Raphael who took her to a nearby hospital and while she recovered, Naomi made the decision to leave the Purple Dragons and to get revenge on Quincy for killing their son. Thanks to Bellemere now being a police officer, Naomi gave Quincy on multiple crimes that he had committed, including murder. This led to Quincy getting a lengthy prison sentence as expected.
Naomi is currently enjoying her new life and grieving the loss of her son. She considers Splinter and the turtles to be good friends and is always up for a new adventure with them.
Personality: Naomi is rather street-smart and sharp due to her history with the Purple Dragons and is very tough and fierce as well as ruthless. Because of her poor upbringing, she is rather greedy and loves money and while it seems like she'll do anything for it, including stealing and having sex. Naomi does have an honor code of sorts and values many things over money. She's rebellious, tomboyish, and her sarcastic, blunt, and snarky attitude can make her seem difficult to approach at times.
